You may:

🎈Bring themed table settings & balloons if you wish
(Our space is already fully decorated.)

✨ Bring party favors and/or a piñata
(we have sticks, blindfolds & a bat)

🎉💖 Every party includes time for cake, singing & gift opening 💖


🕒 You may arrive 15 minutes before your event start time
You also have up to 15 minutes after end time to gather your items & leftovers ~ then we clean up the rest!

We will:

✔ Set up tables, seating & tablecloths

✔ Curate playful sensory & movement experiences appropriate for your age group

✔ Provide music, hoops & movement play throughout the celebration

✔ Handle setup & cleanup

✔ Create space for joyful celebrating, movement & connection 💫

PARTY DAY GUIDELINES

To keep our space safe and joyful for all ages, please follow these guidelines:

• Food & drinks must be enjoyed while seated at tables

• No lollipops, gum or candy during play

• No alcohol or glass bottles in the space

• Goody bags are welcome to send home at the end

We may pause play at any time to reset and keep everyone safe.

✨ Supplies available during your party:

  • fridge + freezer, mini sink & microwave

  • matches/lighter & candles

  • 6 inch cake plates, forks/spoons & napkins

  • cake knife/cake server

  • ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, serving bowls, platters, cutting boards & variety utensils. 

  • drinking water available for all guests.

    * we do not provide ice, pizza plates or beverage cups

A decorated kitchen area with colorful paper lanterns, tropical decorations, and a birthday poster on a refrigerator. There is a small table with containers of supplies, a microwave, and various kitchen items. The floor has painted designs resembling water and land, and the area appears to be set up for a celebration or party.

On the day of your party 🎉

  • Helpers only + person(s) of honor may arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time to set up any goodies you wish to bring.

  • Guests will be welcomed in at the party start time.

  • Host must sign waiver before guests enter party space.

  • Anyone may enter through our front gate (across from JCPenney)

  • Anyone may use our private back door which opens to parking behind the mall *See helpful Photos 🥳

  •  A wagon awaits your unloading needs

  • Covered tables will be ready for your goodies. - tho, you may add your own table decor if you wish

  • Our space has a private restroom & baby change station.

  • At your party end time, you have 15 mins to gather any items you wish to take. Please, leave the rest for us to clean up :)

Drive around behind Kohl’s and you’ll find our back door a few down from the “Eatery'“ entrance. Ms. Karla’s Toyota Scion is almost always parked right there

Party Flow ~ What to Expect

Arrival & Welcome (~15 min)
Guests arrive and begin exploring the play space ~ hoops & movement toys are available for jumping right in!

Creative Play & Movement (~60–75 min)
Guests move freely between sensory stations ~ building, zooming around, hooping, dancing, and exploring sensory fun.
(Some parties include a guided art activity during this time.)

Cake & Celebration (~30 min)
Everyone gathers for cake, singing, photos, gifts & celebrating the guest of honor.
Cake time may happen midway through the party or during the final 30 minutes.

✨ Every celebration has its own special rhythm, so the exact flow may vary.

Would you like us to set up Snacks for your guests? ‍ ‍

  • Gluten Free & Vegan: includes: chilled juice, apple sauce pouch, and chips/popcorn. 3 items each/for 20 guests ~ $60.

We can arrange:

  • 🎤 Karaoke set up $50.

  • a dedicated Face Painter at your party~ $200. ~ up to 15 faces per hour
