Compensation:
Starting at $17/hour, with pay increases based on reliability and performance.
This is on-the-books, W-2 employment ~ all pay is reported and taxed properly (no pay “under the table”)
Schedule:
Weekend availability (Saturday and/or Sunday) required
Some weekday availability is a plus
Available shifts depend on our event schedule and may range from about 2 hours to a full day. Team members can choose from offered shifts based on their availability.
We're looking for someone who notices what needs doing without waiting to be asked, takes initiative, enjoys getting things ready, and takes pride in leaving a space better than they found it.
This is primarily a behind-the-scenes support role that helps everything run smoothly before, between, and after parties. You'll help prepare the studio, reset activity stations, organize supplies, support party transitions, and keep the space organized, welcoming, and ready for each celebration.
Responsibilities:
Party transitions and room resets between events
Cleaning and organizing between parties (clearing tables, gathering trash, wiping surfaces)
Resetting sensory and activity stations (water station, sand room, art, dress-up, ride-on toys)
General studio prep before parties and support during events
Occasional guest support during parties
Helping events run smoothly and on schedule
What we're looking for:
Strong initiative and attention to detail
Comfort working independently with minimal direction
Ability to move quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfort in high-energy, sensory-rich spaces (noise, mess, activity, UV black light & party lights)
Reliability and punctuality
Warm & professional when interacting with families and children
Able to occasionally lift/carry up to approximately 40 lbs (e.g., a full 5-gallon water container)
This is an active role ~ not a sitting or cashier-style position
