  • YES! We’ll have everything set up and ready to party when you arrive.

    • You bring your guests and cake—we’ve got the rest covered.

    • You are welcome to bring themed table setting, simple decor and/or balloons

    • At the end of your party, simply gather the items you want to bring home.

    • We take care of all the cleanup so you can head out, relax, and enjoy the rest of your day.

  • Basically, Unlimited guests ! (let us know if you expect more than 15o so we can maximize fun for your group.

    Our 2,500 sq ft venue is spacious!

    • Max capacity: We can technically fit around 350 people standing-room style.

    • Comfortable party capacity: For parties with tables, ride-on toys, and sensory play, we recommend max around 150 guests for a fun, comfortable flow. Most birthday parties we see range from approx. 6 - 50 total guests .

  • Yes! We want your celebration to feel just right for your family. Keep in mind that we are a fully decorated space. Themed table settings and balloons are a great addition (*💯 optional - only if you have fun with it :)

    • A kitchenette with fridge and freezer is available during your party.

    • Bring any food, cake, or treats you like—*Please don’t stress. Food is not necessary if your party is between meals.

    • Plates, cups, napkins, and utensils are provided in simple solid colors. Feel free to bring your own themed partyware for that extra touch.

    • Food delivery is welcome! Pizza, catering, or drop-offs are all fine.

    • Want it even easier? For an $add-on, we handle the ordering and delivery/pick up of your food, goodies, cake, bags of ice, balloons, flowers, whatever you wish ~ so everything is waiting when you arrive.

    • Our space is already fully decorated, so you can walk in and party stress-free!

  • Booking your party is quick and stress-free:

    1. Choose your party package to see what fits your celebration best.

    2. Secure your date online—a 50% deposit or payment in full is required to book.

    3. Show up and celebrate—we handle setup and cleanup!

  • All private parties are 2 hours long—plenty of time for play, celebration, and cake! 🎉 You may book a 3 hour Gathering or extra time is added by request contact Karla

    • add more time to your party time ~ $75 per 30 minutes, as long as our schedule allows. Talk to Karla ~ she give you the schedule options !

  • Your party is ready when you walk in—no big setup required! 🎉

    • You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to bring in food, gifts, or any small décor touches.

    • After the party, you have 15 minutes to gather your things, and we take care of all the cleanup.

    • No stress, no mess—just happy memories to take home!

  • Yes! We have a private entrance that opens directly to the parking area behind the mall.

    • Hosts may arrive 15 minutes before your party start time.

    • You can pull right up to our back door, and an empty wagon will be waiting to make unloading easy.

    • Guests are admitted at your official party start time and may use either the back door or the front gate.

    • If your event begins before 9 a.m., we coordinate with the mall to unlock a door early—super simple!

  • Absolutely! Our venue is designed with families and little explorers of all abilities in mind.

    • Open-concept play: The layout allows kids with different abilities to explore side by side in their own way, while caregivers can easily keep an eye on everyone.

    • Accessibility: We are stroller-friendly and wheelchair accessible.

    • Inclusive & growing: We are committed to creating an inclusive space and are always learning how to make our parties and play even more welcoming for every child.

    • Peace of mind: We keep basic first-aid supplies on hand, and Karla is always nearby if you need anything.

    • One of the may benefits to being inside the mall is 24/7 security ! Our UMall security team is pretty great too! Once they found a host’s wallet dropped in the parking lot and got it back to her before she even realized. Phew! we are so grateful for UMall Security ❤️

  • We’ve thought of all the little things that make hosting stress-free for you and comfy for your guests:

    • Private restroom with a baby changing station

    • Kitchenette with fridge and freezer access

    • Private back-door entrance for easy loading and unloading

    • Drinking water station for guests

    • Party essentials: cake plates, forks & spoons, cocktail napkins, paper towels, cake knife & server, candles and lighter, ice cream scoop, serving bowls and platters (yeah, we have everything - feel free to inquire, we provide have it.

    *WE DO NOT SUPPLY ICE FOR CHILLING CANS ~ IF YOU NEED A BAG OF ICE, let us know your needs ahead of time so we can have ice waiting for you. contact Karla

  • Yes! When you book a party at Eat and Be Hoopy, the entire 2,100 sq ft space is yours for the full 2 hours—no sharing with other groups.

    • Play, celebrate, and enjoy with just your guests.

    • Need more time? You can extend your celebration for $75 per 30 minutes, as long as the schedule allows.

    • After the party, you’ll have 15 minutes to gather your things, and we’ll handle all the cleanup so you can float out stress-free.

  • We love making celebrations feel personal and magical! 🎉

    • Custom touches: Share any special requests with Karla—whether it’s a favorite color palette, activity, music, or setup detail—and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

    • Themed vibes: Our space is fully decorated in a fun, colorful style, and you’re welcome to bring small themed touches like tableware, balloons, or photo props.

    • Big décor not needed: Since the space is already party-ready, just a few personal details can make it feel extra special without extra stress.

  • We know life with kids can be unpredictable! 💛

    • Cancellations and rescheduling are handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • Email, text, or call Karla, and we’ll do our best to work with your situation.

    • In the event of severe snow the night before or day-of your party in which the mall closes, we will reschedule your party for the soonest date possible.
