On the day of your party 🎉

  • Helpers only (+person of honor) may arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time to set up any goodies you wish to bring (optional)

  • Guests will be welcomed in at the party start time.

  • Please note: waiver must be signed before guests may enter.

  • Anyone may come in through our front gate (across from JCPenney)

  • Anyone may use our private back door which opens to parking behind the mall *See helpful Photos 🥳

  •  A wagon awaits your unloading needs

  • Tables will be ready for your goodies. 

  • Our space has a private restroom & baby change station.

  • At your party end time, you have 15 mins to gather any items you wish to take. Please, leave the rest for us to clean up :)

Drive around behind Kohl’s and you’ll find our back door a few down from the “Eatery'“ entrance.

🕒 Arrive 15 minutes prior to your event start time. *You also have up to 15 minutes after end time to gather what you want, then,

we clean up the rest!

We will:

Our festive kitchenette is stocked with party essentials:

  • fridge + freezer, microwave & mini sink

  • matches & candles

  • cake plates, forks/spoons & cocktail napkins

  • cake knife/cake server

  • ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, serving bowls, platters, cutting boards & variety utensils. 

  • Drinking water available for all guests.

    * we do not provide ice, pizza plates or beverage cups

A decorated kitchen area with colorful paper lanterns, tropical decorations, and a birthday poster on a refrigerator. There is a small table with containers of supplies, a microwave, and various kitchen items. The floor has painted designs resembling water and land, and the area appears to be set up for a celebration or party.

Party Flow ~ What to Expect

Most celebrations follow a kid-led rhythm that balances exploration & movement with time to celebrate the person of honor.

Arrival & Welcome (about 15 min)
Guests arrive and begin exploring the play space. Sensory stations, hoops, and movement toys are open for kids to jump right in.

Creative Play & Movement (about 35–45 min)
Kids move freely between activities ~ building, zooming around, hooping, dancing, exploring sensory fun!
(Some parties may include a guided art activity during this time.)

Cake Table & Your Celebration Traditions (about 20–35 min)
Everyone gathers for cake + singing, group photos, opening gifts, etc.. Cake & Tradition time may be done at the halfway point or at the last 30 mins point.

Free Play & Connection (about 10–20 min)
Free play ~ dance party finale, and time to celebrate with the guest of honor before the party wraps up.

Each party has its own special touches, so the exact flow may vary

Optional party services :

  • Would you like us to set up Snacks for your guests? Gluten Free & Vegan: includes: chilled juice, apple sauce pouches, and chips/popcorn. 3 items each/for 20 guests ~ $60.

  • We can arrange:

    • 🎤 Karaoke set up $50.

    • a dedicated Face Painter at your party~ $200. ~ up to 15 faces per hour
