Ann Humphreys
began her hoop journey in 2005 amidst a paralyzing bout of depression when she spotted a hot guy doing what she intuited to be a sacred dance with what appeared to be a large black hula-hoop…and her life changed forever.
That hot guy was Jonathan Baxter of the HoopPath, and Ann and Bax traveled, together and separately, for several years teaching the fundamentals of hoopdance all over the globe.
In 2021 Ann published her first memoir, “The Tao of Hoop: On the Transformational Practice of Hula-Hooping (Seriously, Though),” outlining the enormous changes the hoop inspired.
Currently, Ann & Bax teach weekly via the HoopPath YouTube livestream…on Tuesdays (7pm) and Saturdays (12noon) anyone mat join for sweet shared flowments, fun jams & flow community.

Cirque de Fuego
Get Into the Flow: An Intro to Fire Dance with Kim Cleary
This workshop explores the ancient art of fire dancing using palm torches to embody our inner goddess & ignite the fire within.
Participants will learn basic fire safety practices before journeying through various palm torch moves. From there, we’ll build a simple yet stunning choreographed dance.
No previous fire dance experience is necessary. Please wear natural fiber clothing to this workshop/no synthetics
