    🎈Balloons if you wish ~ our space is already fully decorated !

    🍽️ Themed table settings ~ We provide tablecloths and have a variety of colors available so your tables will look beautiful when you arrive. But you're welcome to bring something special.

    🪅Piñata ~ we have sticks, blindfolds, a bat and chain to hang it.

    • fridge + freezer, mini sink & microwave

    • matches/lighter & candles

    • 6 inch cake plates

    • forks/spoons

    • cake/cocktail napkins

    • cake knife/cake server

    • ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, serving bowls, platters, cutting boards & variety utensils. 

    • drinking water available for all guests.

      * we do not provide ice, larger ‘pizza’ plates or beverage cups

  • 15 minutes before ~ Hosts/helpers + person(s) of honor may arrive to bring in and set up your goodies. Tables, seating & tablecloths will already be set up and your party activities will be ready.

    Party start time ~ Guests are welcomed in and the celebration begins. We guide the flow of activities and adapt along the way to your group's energy and interests.

    Around halfway through ~ We'll pause your traditions ~ singing & cake, photos, gifts or whatever your group enjoys.

    There may be time to return to activities after your traditions.

    Favors & Farewells ~ Hand out goodie bags, gather belongings & say goodbye to your guests.

    At the end ~ You'll have up to 15 minutes to gather anything you're taking with you. Leave the rest for us to clean up.

PARTY DAY GUIDELINES

To keep our space safe and joyful for all ages, please follow these guidelines:

• Food & drinks must be enjoyed while seated at tables

• No lollipops, gum or candy during play

• No alcohol or glass bottles in the space

• Goody bags are welcome to send home at the end

Parking & Entrance Guide :

  • Drive behind Kohl’s, where you’ll find parking and our back door a few down from the “Eatery” entrance.

  • Park and enter through our back door ! Ms. Karla’s Toyota Scion is almost always parked right there. .

  • You and your guests may enter/exit through our front gate ~ across from JCPenney.
